It is time to start thinking about the 2019 ASG Retreat! It can be a wonderfully relaxing weekend in the mountains sewing with friends or it can be a crazy weekend, sewing like mad, finishing up all those Christmas gifts, stopping only to eat and maybe sleep!

The retreat will be at the Georgia Baptist Conference Center (Griffith Hotel, 462 Sonrise Way, Toccoa, GA 30577) on November  7-10 with the extra choice of coming in a day early on November 6th for those that want to get a head start on things.  We will share our resources for irons and cutting stations, although a small iron at your table may be in order.  Tables and chairs (bring a pillow) and adequate power will be available.

Nov. 8-10       2 nights stay, 1 guest per room + 6 meals.           $235.00/pp

Nov. 7-10**    3 nights stay, 2 guests per room + 6 meals.         $265.00/pp
Nov. 7-10**    3 nights stay, 1 guest per room + 6 meals.           $320.00/pp

** Plans for the extra dinner, breakfast, and lunch will be e-mailed to those who register for the extra night

Registration begins on July 1, 2019. 

$40.00 deposit required  Pay in full now or just place a deposit now; balance due October 15.

Deadline for registration is October 15, 2019. After October 15, the Registration fee is NON- REFUNDABLE unless there is a waiting list.  

Please keep in mind that the Georgia Baptist Conference Center is an alcohol and tobacco-free facility.  Smoking is permitted only in your vehicle.
