What Do We Do With Your Information?
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via website, email or other direct contact from you. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. 

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Active members will have access to contact information of other members who hold classes, manage events, or who hold office in our organization.

When visiting ASGAtlanta.org, the IP address used to access the site may be logged along with the date and time of access.  This information is used for site analytics. Although we have used Google Analytics in the past we no longer do so.  Currently no data is shared with Google but any data shared with them in the past contained no personally identifiable data.

When you use the “Contact Us” selection to request information or ask questions, your email address is saved solely to reply to your request for information. Your information may be shared with our President, board members / appointees – whomever is in the best position to respond to your inquiry.

Tickets to Events require personal information to provide ticketing service.  This information is used solely to maintain a list of event attendees and any needs to support the event. Payment for events, when applicable, is handled through a third party processor (currently PayPal) and no credit card /banking information is entered or retained on this website or acquired by the website post processing.

We provide links third party websites as a courtesy on our website.  ASG Atlanta has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party website or service.

You may see what data we have about you(if any), opt out of any future contacts from us, have us delete any data we have about you, or request information about any data we have for you at any time by contacting us via the “Contact Us” form on our website:

We take precautions to protect your information. Only active members can access data that may contain sensitive personal information about other members. Access to this information is provided only by authorized password.

Our public pages list those who are offering services or who are managing an aspect of the organization. That information is posted with permission by the individuals involved and their listing request constitutes permission to use the provided information for the sole purposes intended.
