Upcycled Messenger Bag Class

Create an upcycled messenger bag in this two-part workshop. Harvest fabric, pocket flaps, buttons and more from something that’s ready for a new life… Maybe a man’s suit coat or a pair of jeans. Maybe line it with fabric from a thrifted shirt or skirt. Throw out the rules and let your creativity flourish under Patsy‘s guidance.

Dates:

• Session 1: Sat. June 21  1PM – 5 PM – Prep and Cut Pieces of Bag
• Session 2: Sat. July 19 9:30 AM – 4 PM – Assemble bag and leave with a finished or nearly finished bag

Fee: $100 members, $120 non-members  includes pdf copy of pattern, interfacing and basic bag hardware

Strap length (for both sizes) is approximately 40” (102cm)
