Learn creative embellishment techniques using your sewing machine. This class will be using a sewing machine to create visual interest beyond the normal silhouette. Free form piecing including y-seams, pintucks and gathers for visual texture in darts, yokes and hems, fun with water soluble stabilizer, and impossibly skinny bias tubes, and what to do with them. Funky facings and closures will finish it out.
Bring your sewing machine and sewing supplies.
A light late lunch will be provided.
